Walter Howard Burns, of Doylestown PA, turned himself in on Tuesday related to an incident that took place on Oct. 3 at the Harborview Care & Rehab Center in Doylestown, according to Central Bucks Regional Police Department.
Burns, a certified nurse assistant employed by Harborview at the time of the incident, allegedly had indecent contact with a victim while he slept at 3 a.m. in the patient’s room at the facility, police said.
Burns was arraigned and released on $25,000 bail, unsecured with conditions.
